GTA Online Rockstar Announce Bans Are Coming Soon

4.1
With GTA Online being the centre of gaming for 2 weeks it seems rockstar have more on there hands than they every expected, as if the servers not working wasn't enough they now have to deal with glitches and money exploits. Rockstar have set out to ban anyone doing glitches than unbalances the online economy, in a custom care call rockstar said the following "We’re aware of the issue and until we can fix it, we’ll ban anyone with a history of abusing this design flaw. It will ruin others’ enjoyment by dis-balancing the economy that’s vital to the Online experience. We’re in discussion with Microsoft, too, to escalate these bans from online privileges to user accounts as a statement against these antics. We don’t expect any outrage from the law-abiding player base who haven’t devalued others’ items and hard-work with an exploit – these the customers we are proud to help" Nothing has been said about doing mission replays but taking the glitch to the next level with selling your personal car or bike can result in a ban in the near future.

I've been waiting for this. I mean I feel it's alright if you did the money glitch for 10k or 15k , but if you got more than that I hope you get reset... It's not fair for those who actaully worked for their money. Especially if you're one of those jerks who joins a game and trys to run the whole thing just because you have a bunch of money....

farcry3321 The invisible glitch should patched but the money glitch no. Rock star u are taking it to serious over little things.

I'm sorry but Rockstar should patch both glitches because skids will abuse them. You don't want to want the Money Glitch patched because you are probably a skid yourself doing the glitch over and over.

farcry3321 glitches shouldn't be count as modding, plus its not our fault that we found as a defect

You shouldn't abuse the glitches. They are not supposed to be in the game in the first place that is why you don't take advantage of things like that. You agree to a TOS when you play their games so might as well not complain about them.

I'm not sure I agree with this, in multiplayer, sure, its unsportsmanlike conduct, but exploiting them in campaign mode should be ignored as you're only cheating against yourself

What the hell with the money glitch it would be no fun .

Actually, this title is misleading and incorrect. Rockstar never officially stated that they were banning people nor did they state that they were going to be coming soon.

It's like with any other game any form of glitching modding will result in a ban this is no surprise tbh.
