It's related to his Microsoft account, not Xbox One. People on 360 can see what people are doing on X1, and vice versa. So he was playing on the 360.

I know! That gamertag would be worth a fortune...
Atleast a few $1,000 I would imagine. It's owned by a microsoft employee so there is no way you could get the account. Most 1 letters are owned by Microsoft employees who worked on the xbox when it was being made.
