Games with Gold members get Halo 3 in October

Xbox Live Gold members will receive free access to a downloadable version of Bungie's Halo 3 in October, months after it was initially revealed as part of Microsoft's Games with Gold program.

Similar to Sony's PlayStation Plus initiative, the Games with Gold promotion gives subscribers two free Xbox 360 games monthly. Capybara Games' Xbox Live Arcade puzzler Might & Magic Heroes joins Halo 3 as part of October's announced lineup.

Previous Games with Gold inductees include Dead Rising 2, Crackdown, and Assassin's Creed 2.

I know right, this might bring back life into Halo 3, I hope so at least.


Ehhh not too sure about that. With GTA V online out(being fixed still) I'm sure people will be on that, then you have the BF4 beta coming out for everyone on the 4th so some people will be on that. It might bring some people back to Halo 3 but I wouldn't imagine it would be a whole lot.


The BF4 Beta ends on the 15th. I'm sure people will at least try the multiplayer on Halo 3.

Ohh Yeah, Halo 3! :D Honestly, I have never played Halo 3! :( I have played Halo: Reach, Halo 4, and a little bit of the original Halo.
