Minecraft Playstation Edition Updates Will Be Xbox 360 Equivalent

With 4j studios who announced they'd be making not only Xbox One minecraft but PS3, PS4 and Playstation Vita versions it seems everyone wanted to know what updates they'd start of with. 4j studios aren't giving to much away on the next gen consoles but finally came out on twitter respond to a fan who asked what update from PC would the PS4 version be equivalent to, they respond with this "The underlying game code will be the same version across all consoles, so at least Xbox 360's TU13 equivalent" thus confirming that no console will be left in the shadow of it's rivals.

Well good, I have a xbox 360 but i know tried out ps3 and ps4 is cool also psvita because i don't know i always think how the other console work wen i play on my xbox 360.

Oh man I am so excited to waste $20 like I did on the xbox version. PC > Xbox/PS

Woobie This makes the transition to PS4 a little easier, I love this game and still play pretty often on 360.


Yeah It will also make it a lot easier to meet new people, I hope that they add a feature where you can join "Online" games like people playing the walls for example.

Are you really that ignorant? It will be the exact same thing on the PS. What about all the other people on PS that don't have a Xbox or a PC to play? PS fans can now experience Minecraft if they haven't already. Also, Minecraft isn't really a game you can mod on the console versions. Other than the custom skins and textures you can get but that's about all I can think off. Either way, it will be a good edition to the Playstaion.


He probably is, but if you think about it sensibly what would be the point of releasing the game on the PS3 without the title updates it makes no sense difference is Xbox and PC have had Minecraft a hell of a lot longer so I don;t see why they are complaining.
