Yeah but the thing is most people don't have a PC that can support games... And if you do your friends might not. So then you playing by yourself and GTA multiplayer is amazing.
He didn't say he was going to get it for PC, going online to get it could mean like buying it on eBay or something
It is not "too hacked". I play online fine and rarely get into modded lobbies. Plus there was a ban wave, so a lot of modders got taken out.
This game is an absolute steal for $10
It's defiantly worth purchasing for only $10, there are a lot less hackers then you think and the single player campaign and free roam are really fun.
