The only reason I think it's not true to an extent is because of the weapon being listed. Treyarch always adds new weapons to zombies but never posts them like this, they may show them in the trailer but a trailer hasn't even been announced yet. But who knows, they might just be showing us the new wonder weapon so we know what to expect.
