Sony confirms games to start at $59.99

Sony has announced today that their first party games will start at $59.99. Microsoft also released the same statement a couple days ago.

Many analysts believe that companies like EA, Activation, etc. Will want more for their games than the sixty dollar price point. Both of these companies declined to answer any questions about prices for their games.

What currency do they use? Because that sounds ridiculous!

The official Australian currency is literally just a few pennies off of the US dollar. 1 US dollar in Australian money is only $1.05.

You guys pay $120 for games? Seems a little unfair but then again I don't know the currency out there or what the reason is behind charging that much for games.
