The PS4 now offers movies and catch-up TV for free as well. They are trying to keep everything balanced if you don't have a subscription. Online multiplayer is also free, just like the PS3 was.

They'll be giving free to play exclusives
slapshot101 This is cool but I thought the whole reason to get PS Plus was for the multiplayer, but its great that they are free. I hope that I still can watch Netflix for free, unlike Xbox Live, I think them finding a good balance between payed and free features will be good.
I heard Netflix will be free :D
(As long as you have a Netflix subscription of course) xD

this is good news but then again in the long run ps will fall behind in online because if they dont charge that means they will not have the funds to better the quality of the service or exclusive content i would pay if i knew it was going to help online services
