Does this count if you get banned on a certain game? For example if someone was to get banned on CoD: Ghosts?

Equalise What does it mean by 'you will lose all your games' ?

Your games on the cloud will become inaccessible. Still doesn't bother me I won't cheat.

you might get into a hacked game by accident then you will get banned

You can appeal the ban and explain what happened, they can tell if you hacked the game yourself or if it wasn't your fault.

I think they're a bit smarter than that: i honestly don't believe it'll be hacked that much. It'll take months for anything like a jtag to be developed, if it even ever happens. Plus, Microsoft will pretty intensively check who they ban.

All in all, amazing idea.

Equalise So say if you spend over 400 on games then you get banned, you will basically lose 400?

If you spent those 400 on digital games (game on demand games) and get banned for breaching the ToU:
(hacking/modding/exploiting the console aka breaching the terms of use for the console)
Then yes you forfeit the licenses for the purchases you made on xbox live.

This is on the 360 ONLY though.
There's been NO confirmation the exact same rule would be on the xbox one.

This is great, should reduce the amount of hackers. They'll think twice before hacking and risking all of their games.
