E3 2013: Wii Fit U delayed to December

4.6
Wii Fit U, the latest entry in Nintendo's fitness series, has stumbled on the old jogging trail. Originally slated for the first half of 2013, the game will now be released in December. The news comes courtesy of Nintendo president Satoru Iwata in the company's E3 Nintendo Direct presentation.

As announced at last year's E3, the game will incorporate a special pedometer called the Fit Meter.

slapshot101 I hope they make this a good game for the extra time they are taking, I really liked the first Wii Fit and sometimes it even made me break a sweat, hopefully they will expand on this and make it even better.

I never played Wii Fit, but was it like intense to a degree?

For a exercise video game it was quite intense. It is for sure a game you should play.

Katsumi I was never a fan or the original Wii Fit. I may give this one a try though

I never tried it out as it looked boring and not really anything that physical.

I'm getting a Wii U just because I was very impressed with the games that Nintendo showed off at E3. Super Smash Bros was what sold the deal though.
