PS4 $400 + Eye $59 + PS Vita $240 =$699 for whole package where as the Xbox one is $500 which includes kinect and smartglass is free. So if you wanted the whole package it is cheaper to buy the xbox one.
Even though the xbox one is cheaper (For the whole Package) I will most likely getting the PS4.
