Yes, Riley the Call of Duty Dog is in one of them.

What's more, one is entitled "Federation Day Rappel," (below) a curious little tease of the continuity surrounding the game's campaign mode. Remember, this game takes place in the future in a wholly separate canon; the events of Modern Warfare 3 have nothing to do with it.

2015 would be going back in time considering MW2 was in 2016.


Yea, you are right about that.

Actually MW3 was in 2016, but since it is at least 10 years after that when we are actually playing due to the event, we are looking at about 2030 which happens to be only 5 years after BO2 which could create some problems in the storyline.


MW2 and MW3 were both in 2016, this game will probably be in 2020. Black ops 2 was way more futuristic looking and it was in 2025, so hopefully it isn't anywhere past 2025.

The city level seems fake. I don't see the point in underwater shooting, are we in the future going to fight with rifles underwater? Riley seems like he is going to be more of a pain to deal with then an asset to my play.
