Call of Duty: Ghosts gameplay reveal on June 9

4.5
Activision will serve up a first look at Call of Duty: Ghosts gameplay during a dedicated webcast this Sunday.

The firm has revealed plans to broadcast a live, 30-minute webcast that will feature "an exclusive first look at gameplay levels from the title."
The publisher also promises "behind the scenes footage, interviews with the Infinity Ward team and more".

The show starts June 9 at 11am Pacific (2pm Eastern, 7pm UK), and will be viewable via the official Call of Duty site, alongside "additional broadcast outlets".

Call of Duty: Ghosts gameplay has only been briefly glimpsed in videos released for the title so far, which have otherwise focused on art assets and developer diary footage.

The game was unveiled at Microsoft's Xbox One reveal event, where the platform holder confirmed the continuation of its timed-exclusivity deal with Activision on Xbox One, which sees DLC content released for Call of Duty games arrive on the Xbox console before other platforms.

We expect to see a lot more of Activision's flagship shooter during E3 next week.

The game play looks pretty good. I've been hearing a lot of different things so I'm waiting to see if I can confirm what I am hearing

I don't understand why everyone is always hating on the call of duty series. The game usually brings in a new aspect or two in each game and it sits fine with me. All gamers are different in what they like and want to see in a game. I guess I might be weird, but to be honest, there hasn't been a call of duty that I haven't liked and haven't played until the next one came out. I also think that this new console will enable them to do many more things with this game and I'm looking forward to it. :D

Hopefully Infinity Ward can put back in it what MW3 was lacking. I'm really looking forward to this. The little they showed at the Xbox One debut was pretty amazing.

ODST There's a high chance that I will not buy this game just based purely on the fact that it looks so one dimensional again. Nothing has been the same with CoD stories or multiplayer since MW2. Unless there is something extremely innovative (not a dog in the dang story line) then all bets are off.

The dog will more and likely die somewhere in the story anyways. Hopefully they add new stuff because I'm feeling the same way you are with this, if not one thing is new and impresses me, I will not be buying COD: Ghosts.

dude MW2 wasn't that impressive.. Mw3 was a good game to believe it or not.
MW2 was innovative in many ways on the multiplayer (choosable kill-streaks, A way to end the game early (nuke), multiple new game modes), and campaign side (plot twists in the story-line (the general or what ever wanted the war), snow( not sure on that one completely), a fiction war in the US, and a graphic scene to be included that has since given the game a more serious side (no russian mission).
MW2 was an amazing game that created many things that are still present in CoD today. Freedoms that we never thought of as possible suddenly begin. Careers start as Famous Youtubers arise and actual clans (not no-scopers))begin arrive.
MW2 will always be one of the best CoDs in my opinion just for their creativity that developed the game more rather than destroyed it.

Story wise yes I will admit I did like the campaign but the multi-player I didn't like. It literally felt like MW2.5 to me.
