Treyarch has officially revealed the next chapter in the ongoing Call of Duty Zombies saga, and players can now snag several pre-order bonuses ahead of Black Ops 6's release later this year. These bonuses include several weapon cosmetics as well as items usable in Modern Warfare 3's Zombies mode. These new items were confirmed at the end of the reveal trailer for Black Ops 6's newest Zombies map, Terminus.

Black Ops 6 has been talked about for quite some time, with fans theorizing Treyarch's Black Ops: Cold War might mark the end of the Black Ops series. However, after months of speculation and rumors, Black Ops 6 was officially unveiled earlier this summer, confirming the return of several fan-favorite features, game modes, and other items players had sorely missed, specifically regarding Zombies. Modern Warfare 3 shook up the Zombies formula considerably, opting to ditch round-based maps for a large, open-world environment similar to Warzone. This proved to be controversial, with Treyarch confirming Black Ops 6 will bring back round-based maps. Treyarch recently revealed the first map coming to Black Ops 6, Terminus, along with several bonuses for players who pre-order the game.

In an attempt to excite players even further, several pre-order bonuses were revealed alongside the official trailer for Terminus. These bonuses include the Reflect 115 Camo Pack usable in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3. The pre-order bonus also includes three legendary Aether Tools, three flawless Aetherium Crystals, and three Ray Gun Weapon Cases for use in Modern Warfare 3's Zombies mode.

Judging by the gameplay trailer, Terminus appears to offer a dark and grisly experience for Zombies players. Mixing facility environments reminiscent of maps like Die Maschine and Firebase Z from Cold War with the fantastical elements of older Zombies maps like Black Ops 3's Gorod Krovi, Terminus appears to offer fans a lot of variety, both in terms of gameplay and features. Most notably, Terminus marks the debut of Melee Macchiato, Black Ops 6's newest Zombies perk.



Treyarch has remained tight-lipped regarding Liberty Falls, the second new Zombies map to be available alongside Black Ops 6's launch. Liberty Falls is rumored to be connected to Tranzit, an ill-fated map from Black Ops 2. While not confirmed, Treyarch has made several references to this now-iconic map, with the Terminus reveal trailer ending with a glimpse of the Jet Gun, a Wonder Weapon players could build on the map. Black Ops 6 releases on October 25, 2024, and is set to be a big moment for fans of Zombies and Call of Duty in general.
