Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 got its first trailer for the Zombies mode yesterday, and with it came a flood of new information. For example, we now know that Black Ops 6 will see the return of both Edward Richtofen, who will act as the mode's primary antagonist this time around, while it was also revealed that Black Ops 3's Gobblegums will also be making a comeback.

Those are both pretty big changes for veteran Zombies fans, but one of the potentially biggest is the ability to pause and save runs. According to reputable Call of Duty insider BobNetworkUK, you'll actually be able to save your progress and pause your game in Black Ops 6's Zombies mode, provided you're playing by yourself, as the features won't be available if you're playing with friends.

If this is true, it means you should theoretically be able to save-scum your way to really high rounds, provided you're diligent with your saves. It's also claimed that you'll only be allowed one save at a time, so you can still possibly ruin a run by saving at the wrong moment. Either way, these features will make it far easier to play through Zombies by yourself, as it could be quite tricky in previous games.

Of course, these are just rumors at the moment and should be taken with a pinch of salt, but BobNetworkUK does have a pretty strong track record and has been backed up in the past by more reputable insiders like Tom Henderson. It's also not too surprising considering the amount of leaks about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are out there at the moment, thanks to a leaked PlayStation 4 alpha build.

That's how we know the names of all the perks in Black Ops 6 Zombies, as well as what the Gunsmith and customizable UI will look like. Activision has been attempting to take down these leaks as soon as they pop up, but we know publishers that try to do that are always fighting a losing battle, especially with a series as massive as Call of Duty. More details about the Zombies mode are being shown off tomorrow, so we won't need to wait long until we know for sure whether BobNetworkUK is right on the money.
