It’s been a while since we last saw Lost Soul Aside, but as previously confirmed, developer UltiZero Games recently brought the long anticipated action RPG to ChinaJoy 2024, offering another extensive look at its gameplay.

Inspired by Final Fantasy 15 and Devil May Cry, Lost Soul Aside is looking to deliver real-time character action with fast-paced combat against a variety of deadly enemy types. The live gameplay showcased at ChinaJoy offered another look at that, starting off with a tutorial explaining the combat’s basic mechanics, before moving on to a boss fight showcasing fast-paced, stylish, aggressive action.

Over 20 minutes of gameplay footage were also revealed for the game at last year’s ChinaJoy event.

Lost Soul Aside is in development for PS5 and PC. A release date has yet to be announced, but the game was rated in China earlier this year, suggesting that it could be approaching launch.
