Minecraft being considered for PlayStation, Wii U probably not happening

It has come to light that Mojang are considering even more platforms for the popular PC and Xbox 360 game, Minecraft.

Though Minecraft currently has an exclusivity deal on Xbox, Mojang's Jens Bergensten (Jeb_), lead designer on Minecraft, recently told sources that the team will consider PlayStation platforms whenever the deal lapses. Those hoping for a Wii U version may be out of luck, however, as he added that a port for the Nintendo console is "very unlikely."

Adding Minecraft to the Playstation platform will be great seeing how most PS3 players like Minecraft, but can't play it on PS3.

Hollywood_Undead Haha that's a good idea, more money but PS3 is always slow on games/DLC releases.
I would never buy one of those crappy machines, my brother has one.
Sticking to PC mostly and xbox.


Hmm when they were considering a Playstation port, thought they were referring to the upcoming PS4, but it can be possible to be on PS3 as well.
