Next-gen Xbox info leaker raided by police?

4.6
As you may or may not know, a man going by the name of 'SuperDaE' has been quite a hit when it comes to next-gen Xbox talk. Recently he tried auctioning off a Durango Dev kit on eBay, which surprisingly sold for $51,000 US dollars.

Well, now it seems as though he has finally gotten the attention of Microsoft and law enforcement teams.

In a post on his Twitter yesterday, DaE simply said, "Police raided me.". An hour later, he said, "I find it hilarious how the warrant only really mentions "Microsoft", "eBay", "Paypal"." His last message, where he was answering someone's question, simply said: "@BenPeace91 Because its a laughing matter to have an FBI agent and 7-8 POLICE in your house."

So far, there's been no confirmation that police have indeed raided the house of someone who tried to sell a Durango Dev kit on eBay.

phlegm I honestly think that it's stupid that he could serve more years in prison than someone who committed manslaughter, I think this is just unjust.

I agree. That's really stupid.

corgi I think it is stupid that he could face time in prison. If anything Microsoft should be thanking him for finding loopholes in their system.

Yes I do agree its stupid for them not to thank him!

Microsoft thanking someone? That will never happen.

Brad- Good luck to DaE in not getting that 20 year charge :O

Our prayers (may or may not) will be with him.

20 years in prison for selling a games console....

what a joke.
Well you managed to hit a completely different subject...hes not being sentenced for selling the console..IT the same as stealing some other $400-500 item(that hasn't been released yet)

ME0W I feel bad for the guy he sold it to.

Haha yeah, wonder if he gets his money back.

No he won't his account has been froze so the person who buys it will have to go to Cort for the money!

Wow that sucks as he will get most likely a slap on the wrists for trying to buy it
