The video is likely to be referring to Bungie's presentation planned for GDC in March.
Bungie is expected to reveal new details about their highly-anticipated new game during a presentation at the 2013 Game Developers Conference which is next month.
The talks, with the title 'Brave New World', will be hosted by Bungie design director and writer Joe Staten and art director Christopher Barrett, who will discuss the art of building a new game world using Destiny to demonstrate how to put it's talents to use, also offering a "glimpse of the brave new world that has been built".
Bungie is yet to give Destiny an actual reveal, the first images and plot details of the project were revealed by some leaked marketing documentation last year.
