White God of War PS3 bundle announced for UK.

Sony today announced a new white PS3 God of War bundle for brits today. The bundle features a white 500GB "Super Slim" PS3.

If you buy this bundle, you also get a nice gold controller, and you also get the special edition of the game which features everything in the collector's edition, apart from the eight-inch Kratos statue and DLC pass.

The price of the bundle hasn't been announced yet, but a search on Amazon UK suggests a price of £249.99. The release date for the bundle is said to be on the same date of Ascension's release date, which is March 15.

XeJames I really don't see any point in this, they're going completely over the top releasing all these new versions of the console and new special bundles. They should just be preparing for the launch of the PS4 and consider how they can increase sales with that.

Not really. It's not a new product, it's just a new color and controller design. People can do this on their own time. I don't think this would be the deciding point of whether someone would by a PS3 or not...
