Glitch cancels 3,000 BioShock Infinite pre-orders at Best Buy

Last night an issue hit 3,000 customers who pre-ordered BioShock Infinite at Best Buy, canceling their orders, sources report. The glitch hit pre-orders for both PS3 and Xbox 360.

Best Buy asks anyone who pre-ordered Bioshock Infinite to check their emails and call customer service if their order has been canceled. Best Buy offers a $10 gift card to each affected customer.

We have not yet heard about what caused this 'glitch'.

Best Buy arent actually losing much money at all, yeah it seems like they are giving out 30,000 USD but the 10 USD giftcards are prob only worth 2-3 dollars if that in terms of stock to Best Buy so really its much less than people think
