GTA 5 delayed to September - Official release date announced.

4.6
Recently it was announced that Grand Theft Auto 5 will be launched on September 17, 2013. Instead of it's original Spring release date.

It has been delayed to 'allow additional development time'.

Rockstar Games founder Sam Houser said "We are very excited for people to learn more about the game in the coming months".

Rockstar Games parent company, Take-Two Interactive and its investors are probably more eager for GTA 5 to launch than gamers, since the game's release is expected to deliver $600 million in revenues.

I rather have the game at it's best with no bugs when it's released. It's fine with me that they delayed it.

This means they have more time to FIX the game and get it ready and not have 5000 patch's.

ME0W This really sucks, a lot of people were looking forward to it's spring release. They shouldn't put a deadline on a game if they are not sure it will be out by then.

i agree but that might give it time to get even better then it already looks i really cannot wait for this game

I want GTA to have licensed cars. It would make it so much better than it already is.

Secrets NOOOOO!

We were so close to the release date and now we have to wait another 9 months.

Ahhh hopefully it will be a lot better.
