Gears of War 1 to be included with Judgment.

The 2006 original shooter is to be bundled with launch copies of the upcoming franchise entry in all regions, except from Germany.

Epic Games announced today that a download token for the 2006 original Gears of War will be included with launch copies of Gears of War: Judgment. The original Gears of War was not sold in Germany due to ratings restrictions and will not be a part of the promotion.

Epic Games also provided information on users' Gears of War habits. They noted that more than half of all buyers who played Gears of War 3 did not play the original.

So if you are planning on getting Gears of War: Judgement at some point, it may be in your best interest to buy it at the game's launch, so you can get your hands on a Digital Download of the franchise's primitive game.

you should, but before you jump to the newest game, get GoW2 and complete it before you get the third game

Friend gave me a spare copy of GoW2 to get me started in Gears, got GoW3, and never got GoW1. He said he'd let me borrow it, but we never got around to that and we go to separate schools now. It'll be cool to finally play GoW1, but I have no room on my HDD or USB for a game.

I havnt bought a GOW since the first, but i might buy this on if i have the money. GOW 3 was pretty fun, i borrowed it from my friend.

Only two games worth my time...Borderlands series and GEARS series...haven't liked any COD since 4 or MW2 and two many damn hackers on there now..lol cant wait for GEARS JUDGEMENT!!!
