The next free Epic Games Store title has been revealed.

Ninja Kiwi’s tower defence game Bloons TD 6 will be free to claim from Epic’s PC marketplace from August 3-10.

It will replace Homeworld Remastered Collection and Severed Steel, which are now free to claim until August 3.

The Epic Games Store gave away 99 free titles last year (up from 89 in 2021). These games had a combined worth of $2,240 and users claimed over 700 million free titles (down from 765 million in 2021), according to Epic.

The company recently suggested players should expect to see further high-profile Epic Games Store exclusives announced in the future.

Blackbird Interactive and Gearbox Publishing recently delayed Homeworld 3 again. Originally planned for release last year before slipping to the first half of 2023, in May the game was pushed back to February 2024.

Announced at PAX West in August 2019 to coincide with the franchise’s 20th anniversary, the 3D real-time strategy game is set in space generations after the events of Homeworld 2, which was released in 2003.

Outfits based on Bender, Fry, and Leela from the animated series Futurama are currently available in Fortnite as part of a new crossover for Epic’s battle royale game.

Life is You publisher Paradox said this week that players who pre-ordered the title through Epic Games Store will automatically have their order refunded after the the game’s Early Access release was delayed by six months to March 2024.

These used to be one of the greatest games many moons ago. It's definitely not a game I'd pay for though.

I used to love these games as a kid, spent hours playing them on Kongregate and similar sites. Not sure I've played one since #4 though. I saw it came to Netflix games recently hahaha

Runts They'll throw any random game out there just to say they have a free game lol

Nonsense man, these games are classics! If this were free on Xbox I'd play it right now.
