Black Ops 2: Stolen and Modded?

It seems that a youtuber has stolen a testing build of Black Ops 2 off the xbox live servers. According to sources the build codenamed Phoenix was stolen using unauthorized access to the xbox live content system via marketplace manipulation.

There have been some recent tweaks to the content system due to programs allowing anyone to map and view hidden content on both the xbox live and pnet(developer) networks. We are being told that a listing of black ops 2 with hidden content being shown will reveal "Phoenix", this is the probable source of the leak being shown as hacked in the video below that has been archived by us for use in this article.

What is your opinion of both the leak due to marketplace manipulation and the decision to hack it? Should they have tighter control systems in place to stop thing like this from happening?

This kind of makes me mad. Dont get me wrong i love modding and all, but the game isnt even released and why ruin a good game when it hasnt even came out yet. At least wait a year or two. So people can get a start and enjoy playing it.

well guys he member the vid progect AC1d for mw3 and he said he will be realising progect ac1d2 for black ops 2 and i guess this is part of the mod menu he only showed us the no clip and the no gun mod wat if theres more cause a mod menu doesnt hav only those 2 features it has lvling up and other very cool stuff and i wouldnt say its stolen wat theres only 1 copy of the game and he went in the compant and stole that 1 copy or i think there sayin by stolen they mean server stolen and updated with mods well activision and 3arc u guys should of been ready cause ther has to be atleast 1 worker in ur companies that watched the praject ac1d 2 15 sec vid ik this is alot of typin lol but ya id laugh my a** off and rofl if i bought the game and i start it up and it says welcome to project ac1d 2 lol

James gave indication to him having it a couple of weeks ago, but I think it was overlooked; I'm sure these will be patched.
