Black Ops 2 to be playable at Gamescom 2012

In an announcement made to the press today, Activision announced that they will be showcasing Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 at upcoming Gamescom 2012 in Cologne, Germany. As you may know, the game received a multiplayer trailer earlier this week, and showcasing the game live seems like the next step.

“With more than a quarter of a million visitors expected over four days, Gamescom provides the perfect opportunity to reveal the new Call of Duty®: Black Ops IImultiplayer to European players and gaming fans from around the world. Gamescom 2012 will be the most exciting and engaging to date,” said Thibaud de Saint-Quentin, executive vice president and CEO of European Publishing at Activision.

Developer Treyarch will have a definite presence at Gamescom, answering questions and showing off their newest creation. There will also be a live streaming event on Xbox.com, Callofduty.com, as well as the Call of Duty Facebook page on the 15th to coincide with Gamescom 2012, so you will want to keep an eye out for that if you are a Call of Duty fanatic.

The game will be available for play on day one of the event, August 15th 2012.

Thats the way i was but seeing the MP trailer i think mp will be good


I think multiplier will be ridiculous! I can't wait for this game.

I had the same excitement before MW3 came out but the MP disappointed me so I hope BO2 doesn't disappoint me.


Me also Mw3 released and i got it and now im lucky if i play it im rank 27 with like 1 hour play time
Well I went to like 3rd prestige lvl 80 and just stayed there and my total play time I think is like 1 day and 19 hours.


I have like 16 hours double xp from my clan that i didn't use
