If you watch until the end, they say "Multi Team - Team Deathmatch" and you can see that there are three teams.

I don't really see the point in facepaint not like u can see it
It's mainly for other people to see your face while they are killing you.
I don't think having face paint is going to make or break the game if anything people will like it because it makes your soldier more customizable.
