Sifu To Get Accessibility Options And Difficulty Settings

3.5
In a recent interview featured on The Weekly talk show, SloClap co-founder Pierre Tarno revealed that Sifu might be getting more accessibility options further down the line. This comes shortly after the game’s incredible critical success and the subsequent discusssion surrounding its unforgiving and at times – frustrating level of difficulty.

As listed on Twitter by show host Stever Saylor, there are a handful of well-appreciated accessibility tweaks in the works. In addition to closed captions and high-contrast mode for PlayStation platforms, Sifu will also feature multiple difficulty modes – both easier and harder to allow gamers of all calibres to get the most fun out of the experience; something inspired from the likes of Metroid Dread.

No official announcement on the matter has been made as of yet, so it might be best to keep expectations in check for now.

Great news, it will make the game better for people who want to use the cccessibility options

I always appreciate more options. People think that this will ruin the game or whatever, but I just don't see it. I mean, the options are optional after all. You can play it how you want and other people can play how they want. Everyone wins.
