Halo4haloboss93 you do know that 343 is made up of bungie so thiers no differnceNot necessarily, only 3 people out of Bungie moved onto 343i, it was Frank O Conner (The bald guy that talks in almost H4 video), Chad Armstrong, and Donnie Taylor.

Bungie have been around for over 10+ years and 343 have just started (recently anyway)
Actually, 343 has been around helping out with Halo since 2002.
That's part of the reason they are handing it over to them.
