Modern Warfare 3 More Prestige Levels Being Added

According to some new images that arrived on Steam Forum, Modern Warfare 3 will be getting 5 more prestige levels. You guys can check out the image below, and there is room from prestige 11-15. Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling has confirmed on his personal Twitter account that 400 new levels and five prestiges have been added to PC version of MW3. This addition will be made to the console version in coming days.

On Twitter, Bowling wrote, "Added 400 new ranks of 5 new Prestige levels in Modern Warfare 3 on PC in latest patch. Expect the same on consoles soon for everyone! #MW3"

Interestingly, 10 new prestige emblems have been added to the game files as well, according to Charlie Intel (see image below). Bringing the total number of prestige levels to 20, not 15. We still don’t know if levels 15 through 20 are accessible or not, but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.

iTzKevinL Wow that's bull. It took me 4 days to hit 5th prestige and now I have to go to 15th. Not to mention, all the pictures look the same


It must suck having someone holding up a gun to your head forcing you to prestige to the max level, and if you don't they'll kill you.

I think it's a good and bad idea. All 10th prestige people, stop complaining, don't prestige if you don't want to. I'm 2nd prestige because I stopped playing for two months. I'd take that challenge to complete 15 prestiges legitly.

I personally don't like the idea.

Me and my friend Tom_Brady played the game till we got 10th prestige, which was around January 10th. It's unfair to the people who got to 10th prestige that now they have to go another 5 if not 10 prestiges. It's dumb.

IW is really that lazy that they decide to make it 15 prestiges months after the game came out. why the f*ck didnt they just put 15 prestiges in the first place... all the people that reset their stats just did that for nothing now. i dont like IW anyway. Black ops FTW.the only reason people hate on that game is cuz its not easy enough for them to kill people.
Actually I found black ops much easier mw3 has every guns damage highered which can make it hard for you to shoot another guy who can kill you just s quickly
