Bowling: Modern Warfare 3 DLC inspired by Bethesda Fountain in Central Park

4.6
The first DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is set to go live January 24th, 2012, although Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games have remained quiet about the contents of it. Other than rumors pointing towards the DLC being a 5 map multiplayer pack, not much else is known about the upcoming DLC - except that IW has promised a "variety of things that players have never seen before."

However, today, Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling posted his first teaser of the upcoming DLC in the form of a photograph. Bowling tweeted an image of him standing in front of the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park, New York along with a caption that read,

"The inspiration for the first #MW3 DLC

Aside from loading screens for five maps from "classic" Modern Warfare games, this is the most concrete evidence we've gotten towards what the potential DLC map could be - if it even will be maps.

PC gamers found codes buried in the PC version of the game of load screens for Crash, Crossfire, High Rise, Over Grown, and Strike.

Secrets I'm founding map packs a waste of money. You play them how many times out of the original maps?

Then you're making a $60 game turn into a $100+ game after all the map packs.

Well I mean there not forcing you to buy them so there is no need to complain

o____O Im so over CoD honestly Battlefield is where its at.
CoD had its time.

even though i agree with you, battlefield is older than call of duty, it was released before it. :D
why do you come and troll here on a COD article then? Do you still like COD and don't want anyone to? And don't call me a fan boy 'cause i like both Battlefield and COD equally.
Probably because most people play both without caring which is better. But, yeah, CoD has lost its' grip on me. I love battlefield now.
