Sea of Thieves Video Celebrates 1000 Days Since Launch

4.8
Rare’s Sea of Thieves has had quite a journey. Despite issues at launch it soldiered on and received more updates. It’s been 1000 days since the title first launched in March 2018 and to celebrate, the developer has released a new video going over each of the different milestones.

Initially available for Xbox One and Windows Store, Sea of Thieves eventually came to Steam where it had a strong reception. As of July 2020, it’s passed 15 million players and has also come to Xbox Series X/S with several enhancements.

Even with so many different updates, Sea of Thieves will perhaps see its biggest change yet with its move to a battle pass system called Plunder Pass. Along with 100 levels to unlock for different rewards, there will also be different trials for players to take up. A new Plunder Pass will be available every three months alongside monthly live events.

Haven't played this game in such a long time. The missions and stuff they added were pretty fun but no clue what it's like now

This one really slid under the radar after about a month for my friends and I, would definitely get a gang and play again.
