Modern Warfare 3 gameplay trailer shows gun progression

There's over three minutes of Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer footage below in a new trailer focusing on the game's weapon progression.

Infinity Ward says the video will help you grasp "how MW3 evolves gun progression with its new weapon ranking system."

It adds: "The new progression system is designed to improve specific weapon leveling unlocks (camo, attachments, reticles etc.), and features new weapon proficiencies. Proficiencies allow players to specialize their weapons with new attributes (some unique to specific weapon classes)."

That is really cool.
I hope leveling up weapons isn't to to hard, but i hope it isn't easy.

Also, this trailer makes me want to get the game now

triksta2k11 Now I am really looking forward to this. I got Battlefield 3 this morning and it is a pile of s h i t! I installed the graphics pack and it still had the same graphics as GTA San Andreas. Honestly Modern Warfare 3 is going to deep-throat Battlefield 3 with a Barret 50 cal.
I happen to have bf3 and the graphics are miles ahead of this, your either very stupid or have got f uc ked up eyes. but you cant compare these games, they may be first person shooters but are both very different styles of gameplay! and i havent had much of a problem with connectivtity but ive only played for or 5 games
sorry but you must not be able to see or have good eye site because this game blows bf3 out of the water you are just mad you bought such a bad game...
I love the little fanboy comments , Both games are good for different reasons. So if you like MW3 dont troll BF3 and likewise to the BF3 fans. Its petty and childish and all it does is make you look like a little child.

Yeah, fanboy comments are the best.

i'll play both, and i enjoy BF3 when i want to be tactical and work with teammates and MW3 when i want to go solo.

both will be good I hope but people who dis games they dont even have well just makes me want to get involved!

peye ok so it kooks like cod 4 with a new lick of paint, but cod 4 was amazing and thats what realy set the game apart from the others on the market. ok its siminlar and thats an old game but at least theres some change from cod 4 right!

Some changes? What ddint they change besides like 3 weapons and aside from it being a call of duty game?

I hear everyone say: "MW3 is just a DLC of MW2" or "I got MW3 but its called MW2". shut up! this is what we wanted right? a game like cod 4 and MW2 but without the stupid stuff that makes MW2 shitty... like commando and overpowered grenade launchers, yeah they still got GL but I always see hitmarkers in the trailers, even if its close. But those Whiny kids are never satisfied! they got some cool new features like prestige shop and weapon progress, srike packages and also the best weapons from MW2 and COD4 and even some new ones! this looks great! can't wait!
