Battlefield 3 on Xbox 360 Plagued with Server Issues

Servers have been up and down all night on the Xbox 360 version of Battlefield 3.

The game launched in North America yesterday, but despite a beta test which publisher EA says was downloaded 9.5 million times on all platforms, it appears players have been struggling to get into multiplayer games.

Despite the offical Battlefield Twitter account declaring the problems resolved six hours ago, gamers continue to report problems on Twitter and forums. Some users are also struggling with the Battlelog service.

The most recent official update says maintenance is ongoing, and that servers should be back online shortly. Battlefield 3 will be released in Europe for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 on Friday.

Forensics Well, this isn't shocking. I had my doubts about BF3. Well atleast the the BF3 fanboys can stop the trash talking. Return BF3 while you can.

A few server problems for half an hour are a LOT better than playing with hackers, modders, and glitchers etc.
Dedicated Servers > CoD Servers

Servers that never go down (COD) > Servers that fail every 20 minutes (BF3)

This happens to nearly all of EA's new launches. Its ridiculous that they never learn, but its fixed for me now, and it should be perfect within the week.

Are you crazy hackers and modders? LOL If Black Ops were strict imagine MW3 haha. And yes maybe glitchers but the MW games doesnt have too many glitches.

PS: BF3 has glitches too.


Cod 4 had TONS of glitches what are you talking about. Have you play cod waw? It's just hackers now. Black ops is just crap because of the the over powered guns, little kids, ect. Battlefield does not have any of those problems except for server problems and if it does not have any of the cod problems then I can wait a little.
