Forza 4 players banned over piracy concerns by Turn 10

A number of Forza 4 players have raised complaints about being unfairly banned from Xbox Live.

The players in question claim to have been banned for allegedly using credit glitches or modified save games.

Turn 10's community manager said on the matter: "We are investigating claims from a select group of Forza 4 players who believe they have been unfairly banned from Xbox Live.

"We take piracy issues very seriously and will be investigating this matter case by case. If we find accounts that have been banned in error, we will reinstate them."

You should get banned for making stupid posts tbh.
How could anyone tell you the answer to that? It depend on what you do. If you're using glitches and modded saved games, then yes, most likely.
If not, then no.

no it GETS banned since it bough with modded credits and from same MAC address...
