Get those dollars ready; Square Enix is planning on releasing monthly Final Fantasy XIII-2 additions.

There’s no schedule set in stone, though producer Yoshinori Kitase has said that players can expect 1-2 content releases per month, each containing multiple items.

No prices yet, but a nice balance between cost and quality is promised.

The game’s out in Japan this December, on the 15th. US and EU get in on January 31st and February 3rd next year, respectively.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is an upcoming console role-playing video game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is being produced by Square Enix's 1st Production Department, and is a direct sequel to the 2009 role playing game Final Fantasy XIII.
