If you've got your hands on a shiny new Gears of War 3 console and are scratching your head trying to figure out how to move all your data from the old Xbox 360 Slim to your new one scratch no longer - you'll need one of the new transfer cables.

The new Xbox 360 transfer cable, which you can take a look at in the image attached, will allow users to move games, videos, music, saved games, gamertags and achievements to another slim console.

Microsoft is currently selling the cable for $14.99. Remember when these were free?

Alternatively you save a few quid by connecting an an appropriately formatted USB stick and use that to shift everything over.
