Well, it appears that Gears of War 3 Campaign has already been modded. Big thanks to our friends over at Horizon for creating this tool. The Horizon dev team is at it again tearing up yet another popular xbox 360 game. This one comes with a full edit of your Characters data. You can even change your model. Please Everybody dont mod GOW3 its a new game and you will only ruin the experince for your self right now im doing the story on HardCore and its amazeing :) please think before you mod it you wouldent bring a new car out in a dirt road to destroy it dont do it to Gears

It is a save editor, it allows you the modify the CAMPAIGN of the game.

It cannot modify the multiplayer.
