Infinity Ward also rolled out two Call of Duty Warzone updates on Thursday.

A playlist update for all platforms fixed an exploit where players could counter the gas ring in Battle Royale, while a patch fixed a bug that was causing players to lag or see hitching when approaching or attempting to interact with Contracts in Warzone.

Warzone launched on March 10 with two 150-player game modes, Battle Royale and Plunder, which can be played solo or as a duo or a trio.

Call of Duty Warzone will support 200-player matches in the future, Infinity Ward has confirmed.

Co studio head Patrick Kelly has also said Infinity Ward is currently playtesting four and five-player squads, and working on new game modes too.

The free-to-play title attracted six million players in its first 24 hours, according to publisher Activision.
