Here is one hour of Halo Reach PC gameplay footage

3.7
Halo Reach is the first piece of the Master Chief Collection coming to PC, but it’s been slow going so far. After some delays, we expect to see a Halo Reach beta build soon, and today 343 Industries spent its latest stream playing through some of the campaign, and that means we’ve now got a whole bunch of gameplay footage showcasing the new port in action.

Maybe the most exciting part is just seeing the game launched through Steam, as that’s how the Mixer stream opens up. Beyond that, it is very much Halo Reach with mouse and keyboard. The current build is missing some features expected in the final release – wider FOV is a big one – but should give an idea of what to expect.

Something close to this build is expected to go live for members of the Insider programme this June, so at least some of you will be able to go hands-on soon. 343 plans to launch a blog post tonight detailing everything they’re ready to talk about regarding the Reach port, and we’ll keep you updated on the pertinent details.

The Master Chief Collection will be rolling out as each game is ready, though we don’t know exactly how long that’s going to take. Early indications of the PC release date suggested that the whole thing would be out this year, but that’s looking increasingly unlikely.

Absolutely buzzing for MCC to come to PC, reach would be amazing to grind to get the practice in for Halo 6 lol.

Just wish they would hurry tf up with a realize date.

SR20DET Now that Halo is coming to PC which I'm happy about, what does that mean for Xbox and it's exclusivity? What would be the intensive to go out and buy the next Xbox if PC is going to get it and most likely play much better then on a console?

Also.... Can we please get a FOV slider for the Xbox please!

like battlefield, but sadly fov sliders are kinda pointless on consoles imo as theres a reason its fixed at 60/24 or whatever is some games, tps games need it more than fps games, but i do agree consoles so get an fov slider like ea does with bf, also colorblind sliders would be a much more needed feature instead of pre set ones.

as for what that means for xbox well considering they are bringing all their xbox games to pc it means they are done with the xbox brand and practically want to be a publisher instead, that wont stop them from making a new console though

Have to take in to account consoles are cheaper than a pc.
Id rather spend 500 on a console, than have to upgrade my pc thats already had 2k spent on it (yes theres more games, more to do, alot higher fps, mods and such) pc parts get expensive. So they will definitely keep the xbox brand
