Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Footage Leaks

Battlefield 3 may be in its closed alpha stage in which leaked footage is strictly forbidden, but to the delight of FPS fans everywhere, that clearly hasn't stopped this YouTube user. Ironically playing a military shooter as an American soldier, a player with the username, "UsamaFTW", uploaded a short montage of the game's multiplayer mode. This is of course from the PC version, but everything fans know and love from the Battlefield games can be seen here. Vehicular combat, massive, open-ended maps, and shockingly, guns that actually seem to have recoil when you fire them. Also worth noting is the impressive melee combat shown off at around 2:00 and the fact that DICE is clearly coming through on their promise to include destructible environments (watch at 2:35).

Again, Battlefield 3 is currently in its alpha stage. So this footage isn't a concrete representation of what you'll get when the game launches this October. Sure, the console version may not look as pretty, but just the idea of taking out window campers with a single rocket is enough to peak my interest.

DecyferGaming Don't get me wrong I like Cod but the only difference I see Per new game is new weapons, maps and storyline. I mean Cod is predictable and thats what makes it boring. DICE made major changes and added much more new stuff to look forward to, which will make BF3 take over the throne for game of the year. I'm not gonna brag but the new engine looks sweet. Eventhough, I haven't played any of the games yet, BF3 looks so much more interesting and better. Realism > Non-Real. Destructive Environments..? Vehicles..? thats what you call Modern Warfare.
Wrong, Skyrim's going to take game of the year. But i agree with everything else your saying, ill still buy cod becase i like that to.

so yeah, i prefer BF over CoD , I only like CoD for the singleplayer

Well little kids screaming when they got knifed does not have to do anything with the actual game, also have you seen any videos of MW3 multiplayer....no.

do i care about mw3 multiplayer.... no
but i Do for battlefield, because you know, i prefer to fly a jet rather than get killstreaks
for mw3 i only care about the single player because i loved the story from CoD 4 and mw2
also i guess you don't remember the big leak of mw3 info earlier while EA released most of the info ( excluding this video )

MERSHY999 personally not great the graphics seems slightly cartooney kinda like black ops, and the game is much slower paced call of duty still the game that ill prefer between the two.

No Actually more realism means it will be more fun. And to the original kid, don't be a stupid Fanboy. You are just blinded by your ignorance and love for COD. BF3 looks great, and the other kid is right. In real life, you don't rush with a UMP45 silenced and kill 6-7 guys right there. And c'mon, unscripted explosions? That just seals the deal.

You guys really lost the meaning of why he said "You're the biggest idiot." the reason he said that is because the kid said the graphics on BF3 look wack and the same as Black Ops, which makes him an idiot or just a nice comment towards BF but mostly an idiot because the graphics you see are from it's Alpha stage which means they aren't even polished, nor will the graphics you see here be the same as when it's released. So it's clear to see BF3 will have better graphics than Black Ops.

Also this guy tried to make BF3 look as wack as possible

Here's why I called him an idiot.

1) The game is still in its Alpha stage. Does he expect UHD res textures or something?

2) He probably watched the gameplay in 360p. If he watched it in 720p or 1080p, he would actually see some detail in the game.

I do not see how this makes me the idiot. The graphics look superb at the moment and are definitely better than Black Ops'.

I believe people are talking bout the game engine, not the actually game itself. Which has been the same since CoD 4 and not changing for MW3 (same code, new skin.) Where BF3 is using the NEW Frostbite 2.0 engine, BC2/1943 used 1.5, and BC1 used 1.0.

Okay yes they the same engine but it is updated to the extreme. I dont see why you like this game so much, i mean yeah im going to buy it and im not hating on it at all, its just people complain about the most stupidest stuff and they are all like "ohh the new frostbite 2 engine is soooo amazing and i love it so much" we will wait and see which games gets more people on its server's and KEEPS them playing.

How can you say going 80-2 in a video game repeatedly is fun or the other case 2-80. That's not fun that's boring, no excitement, no challenge just pure i have a better connection so my bullets kill you 9of10 times faster.
