GTA IV mod makes incredible graphical overhaul

Parts of the above trailer for the ICEnhancer 1.2 GTA IV mod look as though they could come from a GTA V. The fan made update, spotted by RPS, builds on a selection of GTA IV mods, like RealityIV and DKT70 road textures, and then adds updated shaders to make this three year old game look as though it could be coming out next year. Improved lighting, weather effects, depth of field and more combine to transform GTA IV into the video you see

But Really, Honestly Modders Can Do A Better Job At Graphics Then Proper Designers.

I Mean, The People Who Made Brink Were Modders Of TF2 Before They Joined And Made A Company.

Companies Need To Step Up.

Lets not forget that this game is 3 years old and the modders only had to improve upon what was already a very good game graphically. So yeah, maybe they don't need to step it up to much.

Maybe So, But Still - It's Pretty Surprising To See Graphics Like This From A 3 Year Old Game.

All In All, I Really Think Someone Should Hire Them.
