Dragon Age II and QUBE 2 Highlight December’s Games with Gold Titles

4.7
It’s the final week of the month, which means it’s once again that time where we learn what games will be hitting Games with Gold, the Xbox One service that offers up free games every month for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.

Xbox revealed the lineup for December 2018 earlier this morning over and it has a little bit of everything in terms of genre. starting on December 1 and lasting throughout the entire month, the puzzle game QUBE 2 will be made available for free. Also hitting on December 1 and lasting until the 15th is that of Dragon Age II, Bioware’s Xbox 360 sequel to 2009’s Dragon Age: Origins.

Later on in the month on December 16, Never Alone, the story of an Iñupiat girl and her fox will be hitting Games with Gold. This title will be available until the following month on January 15. Rounding on the list this time is Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. This title is one of the first original Xbox games that have been made available through Games with Gold and it’ll be free to download from December 16 to the 31st.

Per usual, Xbox also released a new video showcasing some gameplay footage of each of the titles that’ll be hitting the service. You can watch this below if you feel so inclined.

Dragon Age was a fantastic series when it first dropped! I think it'll be harder for it to compete now but regardless, they're quite good.
