We have all seen our fair share of weird crap going on in Red Dead Redemption 2 over the last few weeks since release. Everything from crazy werewolves roaming around the hills to strange in-game glitches that saw horses spontaneously combust just by trotting down a certain path and gold bar bugs that made you super rich. Well, now we have yet another one to add to the never-ending list, you’re welcome.

If you have read any of my other posts, you will know I love to scroll the many interesting pages of Reddit, so it will come as no surprise that I have plucked a strange, but entertaining story from there. Here we see user u/foresttravestys showcase a short gameplay video that has been extracted from the original YouTube video by EvolveStunting of their time in Red Dead Redemption 2.

We see Arther Morgan happily galloping around in the moonlight to then suddenly jump on a near-by wooden hut to get catapulted into the night’s sky with the poor horse, too. With arms waving around and legs dangling in the wind, what happens next is actually pretty obvious. The falling animation does seem to go on for quite a while but ends with a thud, black and white screen and with Arthurs demise – horse too. The location of this particular video is the trapper south of strawberry, I guess so much for it being a secret now. Don’t you just love game physics?
