If you haven't heard of Horizon before, let's just say it's the most innovative Xbox 360 modding program ever made. It features tools such as the Achievement Unlocker, Avatar Award Unlocker, and dozens of game editors. The developers over at XboxMB have done it yet again.

In the most recent update they have added a stunning Device Explorer. This allows one to explore and mod files on all Xbox 360 storage devices, all while using the same simplistic interface as the 360 dashboard's explorer. On top of that, a Gamer Picture Manager tool has been added allowing you to change your Xbox LIVE's gamer picture for free! And when you thought that was all, 15 NEW Game Modders have been added!


Games added include Crysis 2, Bulletstorm, Dead Space 2, Plants vs. Zombies, Brink, Bayonetta, Bionic Commando, Brutal Legend, Devil May Cry 4, Just Cause 2, Naruto Ninja Storm 2, Quake Arena Arcade, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Marble Blast Ultra, and Swarm.
