Video: Xbox Live Enforcement Vulcan toolset at work

Sometimes you just gotta know how that sausage is made and, lucky for us, the Xbox Live Enforcement Team understands this. These banhammer-wielding champions of justice produced a video for PAX East showing exactly how their Vulcan toolset works, which you can see in the read more. Vulcan can actually be operated with an Xbox 360 controller, using the colored face buttons to designate levels of appropriate response to complaints, and pass them further down the chain for other enforcement personnel to act on.

And this is why people that have TTG in their name get suspended more often. The agent can just look at the gamertag without reviewing much of the complaint and make his decision within a few seconds..... That's kind of biased if you ask me though. Imagine the people that have ttg in their name and no nothing about this site. Say that ttg were their initials. They could easily be falsely reported and banned just because of that

If I'm not mistaken, they aren't using this on a real Xbox. The unit it seems connected to doesn't look like one, so I'd imagine you'd need the whole unit leaked.

TotallyWack i dont see why modding an avatar colour or names can effect code of conduct.. just being picky if you ask me... most of the kids on xbox in anyways violate as they are too young.. specially call of duty... seriously they need a reality check... would be nice if microsoft got hacked and everything they worked for banning people got reset and gave out all dlc free and stuff.. would be jokes on them... fuucking money making bastards.. dont flame on me though just saying what im thinking haha!


Already happened.. 1,600,000 MSP were leaked due to an exploit on their promotional site.
