State of Decay 2 Gameplay Video Showcases 4 Player Co-op

4.4
Undead Labs’ State of Decay 2 has been receiving some more details lately on top of a solid release date. IGN recently uploaded a 25 minute gameplay video which features the game’s four player co-op multiplayer in action. Considering it’s one of the sequel’s newest and highly billed features, it’s probably wortha look.

Much like the first game, State of Decay 2 will see players building bases, scavenging from resources while warding off dangerous zombies and leveling up their characters, each possessing different talents. There are apparently major consequences to decisions, as indicated in the initial reveal when one character became infected and had to be killed.

We’re intrigued to see what else State of Decay 2 has to offer, especially with three large maps and a much bigger sense of scale than before. It will launch for Xbox One and PC on May 22nd though one can purchase the Ultimate Edition for early access on May 18th.

Tom Graphics look great, UI looks great, fighting / player interaction also looks great. Can't wait to get my hands on this game for the Xbox One.

Couldn't agree with you anymore, the UI could be a whole lot better though!

Game looks good, but looks like if they don't provide enough content. The game will be very boring after a month or 2.

I got a left for dead vibe from the trailer, but I'll enjoy this game.
