Rocket League Receives DC Super Heroes DLC Pack Next Month

Indie developer Psyonix, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and DC Entertainment have collaborated to bring the DC Universe to Rocket League with the DC Super Heroes DLC Pack. You can get a little glimpse of what you can expect from the recently released trailer and screenshots seen below.

The DC Super Heroes DLC Pack will include two brand new battle-cars in the form of the Tumbler from Christoper Nolan’s final Batman film from 2012 The Dark Knight Rises and the Batmobile from Tim Burton’s Batman from 1989. Additionally, there are a plethora of cosmetic items for you to customize your favorite vehicles themed after Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman. Here are the specifics:

2 Premium Batman Battle-Cars
The Dark Knight Rises Tumbler from Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Dark Knight Rises
The ’89 Batmobile from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Batman
DC Super Hero Themed Items
Aquaman – Breakout Decal and Player Banner
Batman – Paladin Decal and Player Banner
Cyborg – Roadhog Decal and Player Banner
DC – Player Banner (previously released in Collector’s Edition)
Flash – Wheels, Venom Decal, Player Banner, and Speed Force Boost (Wheels and Player Banner previously released in Collector’s Edition)
Green Arrow – Hotshot Decal and Player Banner
Green Lantern – Merc Decal and Player Banner
Superman – Octane Decal and Player Banner
Wonder Woman – Wheels, X-Devil Decal, and Player Banner

This is not the first time we have seen DC Comics in the vehicular soccer game. In 2016, the Batmobile from Batman v. Superman and three flags flaunting Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman’s emblems were released. Just a few months back, Psyonix announced that the Batman-themed goal explosion seen in the BvS DLC trailer would be made available to those who already owned the Batmobile and would be included in the pack moving forward.

The DC Comics-themed DLC will be available for Rocket League on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, and Linux on March 5th, 2018 for $3.99.

Mikey Pretty dope DLC, with some crazy looking cars.

for sure some crazy looking cars. Love how they brought both batman cars though. Shows who liked which generation of batman better.

Aint gonna lie that tumbler looks sick! They are always adding skins and stuff. I like that they keep their players staying on the game with new designs and such, even if they cost money.

Epcot Nice addons. I might start playing this game again and get the dlc.

This DLC is really nothing that will get me back into the game. Still a great DLC pack to see and watch others use but itd be nice to see a map based around this.
