Black Ops crowned king of Xbox Live in 2010

Today Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb posted the top-20 Xbox Live titles of 2010, and, as if there was any doubt, Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops sits atop the list.

The list is a little screwy, though. Unlike the 2008 and 2009 lists, Nelson decided to make it “fair” this year by tallying just the first 7 days of Xbox Live figures, and rank them from there.

So what you see below are the top 20 Xbox Live titles of 2010 based on the number of unique users each game tallied in its launch week.

i think fallout n.v. should be a little higher and i think black ops diserves the #1 spot ;]

I don't really like that Red Dead Redemption is No.3, I played it at my friend's house and I hated the game, I think its the fact that I have Grand Theft Auto 4 and I'm more used to playing more modern games, than games in the past... or whatever year.

I really don't think Black Ops should be on here. I really think companies are just slapping the Call of Duty name on the front of their game and bam. This game sucks most of the time. It has it's moments but most of the time it sucks. The graphics look like I am playing a N64. MW2 was way better

That's because it was released in 2009 and it says for this list they tallied the first 7 days after release
