Call of Duty: WW2 paid-for currency, COD Points, delayed

4.1
COD Points, the currency you pay real-world money for in Call of Duty: WW2 – and all previous entries – has been pushed back.

COD Points were supposed to go live today in Call of Duty: WW2, as Activision previously announced. However, the launch has been pushed back by another week.

Now, COD Points will be available On Tuesday, November 21. This is also when the bonus 1,100 COD Points – given to those who bought the game digitally – will be made available to players.

The Activision support site noted the change in a new message, but didn’t give a reason for the delay. It’s not hard to guess why, though, seeing as the game’s been suffering server and connectivity issues since launch.

Developer Sledgehammer appears to be on top of things right now, but many players are still reporting lack of dedicated servers in matchmaking among other issues. COD Points are used to buy Rare Supply Drops for both multiplayer and zombies.

Call of Duty: WW2 is out now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

That's exactly it lol... They would have had it out already easily... just seem to be taking there time on trying to fix the mess of a game.

I think they are just having a lot of server and connection issues i dont see them having many ingame bugs..

Delaying it is for the better, I hate COD Points and Microtransactions.
